Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping:
    Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). You may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes, which are not included in the order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Glamour Lace purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be as refined as our lingerie collections.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
    • Crotchless & Openable lingerie
    • Any intimate apparel where hygiene seals have been broken

3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body: Include:
    • Item(s) for return
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved:

  • Repackage items in original packaging (if available) or plain, discreet packaging
  • Include original packing slip (if available) and a printout of your return approval email

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable

International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
