Our Return Policy

You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Crotchless & Openable lingerie
  • Any intimate apparel where hygiene seals have been broken

Important: All returns are processed with the same discretion as your original order – your privacy is always our priority.

Simple 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, repackage items in their original packaging (if available) or in plain, discreet packaging. Include:

  • The original packing slip (if available)
  • A printout of your return approval email

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email the item you wish to exchange for
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
